Subflow process: error

Hi all, I develop process flow by using 'subflow' tool. But seem the error appear as below. I using subflow because to get value from subform to made decision of route. Do you gus have any ideas regarding this error?

I'm guessing your subflow parameters and actual parameters are not identical. Says in the article they should be identical
