Process Workflow Stop in Activity

Hi, 

I'm new to Joget.

I have submitted a form and do the approval after. However, the process did not proceed to the next process and update the data. When I checked through the running process, the process still stuck in the same activity as per shown below:



The process will only proceed to next process if I manually update and complete the the running process. What is the problem causing this issue? I need explanation to this problem.

Hi, do you have a form mapped to that initial activity? Are there any errors in the logs?

Try using the App Generator to generate a simple approval process to see if the generated approval process works.
