Can I pause SLA of the process when a specific activity is ran and continue SLA after the specific activity is finished?

As the topic, I've set the SLA limit for a process and I want to pause it when the condition is met and perform an activity. After the activity is complete, I want SLA to continue.

Hi,

I don't think this can be done out of the box, but you could build a custom Deadline Plugin to do it. An example of this type of plugin is the Office Working Hour Deadline Plugin.
