how can i use email polling in different app

Hey Guys,

I want to Lazy approval functionality using email polling in my new joget app. Whenever approval email has been sent to the approver he can approver the request by just typing approve on email reply. please help.

In the https://marketplace.joget.org/jw/web/userview/mp/mpp/_/vad?id=approval_via_email_v6 configurations, it will pick up the process instance ID and match accordingly. It does not matter which app it originates from.

I created The Same processes and IMAP and SMTP Settings for it in my app it dosent working yet.

i also tested on the approve via email plugin for this functionality but it even doesnt working.I tried to send email and in reply typed approved for approve the process bt it doesnt working on official plugin also.
