Unable to send reminder email in hourly basis and some of the task in the inbox will disappear after the reminder email sent out

Hi,
I use synchronous and deadline limit is 1. After 1 hour, all users will receive reminder email but some of the form will disappear from the user inbox. Example, 3 users receive reminder email and suppose the inbox of the 3 users will have pending task, however the pending task will disappear from 2 users inbox. Anyone know how to solve this issue?
