Email when create user

Hi,

Is that possible to notify user automatically through email when admin create their account on joget? Example like screenshot below, admin want to send email notification to user@gmail.com after created him/her account. How can i achieved that? Sorry for my bad english.

I think there is no such feature if you create users in joget console. You can do workaround by creating it in your app.

Make it as a process after create user then go to application tool to send email.

Hi there!

Yes! Joget allows you to send an email notification to the user letting him/her know his username and password. Just create the user and check 'Generate Random Password'. In doing so, the user account would be created with a random password to be used for first time login.

Please note that before doing so, you should configure the SMTP settings from System Settings -> Directory Manager Settings -> Security Enhanced Directory Manager -> Notifications.
