Hello,

Did you have a look at the page Process Status? There is a mandatory Record ID parameter you need to pass in the URL for it to show.

You must pass in the parameter id with process instance id.

Example

Hi, I passed ID to id, the admin page shows me "No Data Available", the user page shows me "Page Not Found (Code 404)"

 

What could the reason be? I checked from Monitor the process ID in the system matches what I passed to the id.

Correction, now the admin can see the Process Status correctly, but not the requester.

found out it was just permission issue at the Userview, problem solved.
