Apache Service Windows Server 2012

Hi, I got a problem with the configuration of Apache's service in Windows Server 2012. I follow the steps explain in , but when I start the service I get an error message:

[2016-02-05 17:46:39] [174 javajni.c] [error] %1 is not a valid Win32 application.
[2016-02-05 17:46:39] [994 prunsrv.c] [error] Failed creating java C:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_71\jre\bin\server\jvm.dll
[2016-02-05 17:46:39] [1269 prunsrv.c] [error] ServiceStart returned 1

Does exists any solution to this issue?
