There are only 2 types of user roles so far. Admin role who has access to everything and user role who has access to published Apps' Userviews depending on the individual app's configurations on permission.

Therefore, it is not possible for individual user to manage/edit a single App.

If by manage you mean designing the app, currently there is no setting for this. But if you have a look at some of the apps in the Joget Marketplace, the management functionally is designed as part of the app itself. So the app would have setup, configuration and management screens based on user permissions that allow end users to essentially manage the app.

Another alternative would be to run a multi-tenant version of Joget Workflow i.e. the Joget Workflow Cloud Edition, where individual users, departments or groups can administer their own set of apps in their own server instance.
