how do i update 'older' process versions (in current published version of app) to the latest process version. I have processes running in version 60, 62, but the latest is 64....

I have made a few minor amendments to the process, and hit deploy. However, i did a few deploys in a short period of time, and some process updated to the latest, but some only updated to the first deploy. so now i have process of version 60 (started at 59), 62, and the current one that actually works is 64.
How do i force the older version (60 and 62) to update to 64? if i now deploy, all i get in the command line view/log is 'Updating running processes for .... from 64 to 65...
(how can i do this, but go from 60 to 65, and 62 to 65?)
