From your screenshot there is a prompt at the bottom of the browser asking to keep or discard the JNLP file. You should keep the file and execute it to launch the Workflow Designer.

Even i keep the file and execute it, still i did not see worklow designer launch

Once i clicked icon "Launch Worflow Designer", system show message "This type of file can harm your computer.Do you want to keep webstart.jnlp anyway? 2.I click icon "Keep" 3.Once system complete download, I click on the item show in my attachment and nothing happen.I think is failed during opening webstart Is it i need to PUBLISHED first my apps before i create PROCESSES? Kindly please advice

Hi, it looks like maybe some issue with Java on your PC. You need to have Java 7 or 8 installed on your PC to run a JNLP file.
