Upgrade from version 4 to 5 causing Userview "Save failed. Please try again"

Dear Master,

After upgrading from version 4 to 5.x i have a problem with saving userview because of Jasper Reports in userview Joget version 5.xx.

After manual remake with copy paste JRXML at iReport-5.6.0, it's not solving the problem. Error message after saving userview is : "Save failed. Please try again"

Is it because of my large script (almot 2250 rows) at JRXML ??

I clicked already "Use virtualizer for large report?" but still issue..

I have no idea how to solve this...How could version 5 is having such a problem then ver 4...

Please help. Thank you...

Can you quickly check the server log files if there's any relevant errors shown right after you attempted to save the userview?

Hi,

The error messages in the logs should indicate the problem.
