No user notification mail

Hi,

User register with valid e-mail address but there is no user notification mail upon application approved

User registered e-mail id

 

Is that anything have to done with e-mail configuration?, kindly please advice

Hi Saravanan

If the user did key in his/her email address in an earlier form/activity, you can use the value of this field to send the email notification.

In the field "To (Specific email address)", enter the form hash variable, example "#form.tablename.fieldname#".

You can use the value in field "To (Participant ID)" too but do ensure the participant's username is correctly stored.
