How to stop a record getting auto created and deleted when another form is included as a run process?

I have two forms namely X and Y.

I have included a hyperlink in X's list builder which opens the form of Y (It is done using run process in the UI Builder and Y's process starts with opening of the Y form)

When I am creating a new record in X, Y's records gets auto created and when it is deleted, Y's record too gets deleted.

How to stop this to happen? Please provide solution.

Hi, for Y's process, map the Run Process to a form so that it does not start the process automatically as described in Map Activities to Forms#RunProcess

Hi, the run process itself is mapped with a workflow and the workflow start form is Y form only. I am doing it in Joget DX 8. Please tell me the further solution step to carry forward with the problem.
