LDAP Setting

Hi,

I would like to ask for LDAP connectivity in Joget Enterprise.

  1. Is it normal that user admin (default user in Joget) will be replaced by user admin (LDAP) when the connection is established..?
  2. When the LDAP connection is established, I tried to create 1 user based on LDAP's user. But why after i choose the user, i can't find OK button or similar button to Apply the user creation..?

Hi Mohamad Taufik,

Maybe this information can help you,

  1. Yes its normal, user admin in joget will be replaced by user admin in ldap when you implement LDAP Directory Manager, unless you implement security enhanced directory manager and implementing simultaneous internal and external directory managers. (Security Enhanced Directory Manager) and (Simultaneous Internal and External Directory Managers).
  2. When you implement LDAP Directory manager you can't create user directly from setup user in joget, you can manage user  (create,delete,edit) in ldap/active directory manager.
