SLA report option is missing in Userview Builder

Confluence User - 05 Jan, 2017

I am very new to joget and i have figured my way through almost all my issues except for the SLA reporting. I have enabled the "Process Data Collector". but when in the Userview Builder i am not seeing any option for the SLA report. I may certainly be missing something. Thanks for the help.

Hi, are you using the Community Edition? I believe the SLA report is only available in the Enterprise Edition. There is a comparison between editions at http://www.joget.org/plugin-comparison/

You are correct. When looking up the issue that question came up in a thread and either I misread it or it was wrong, stating that it was available in Community Edition. I never looked at the comparison chart after that. I wish I could test the function to see if it meets our needs before committing to the enterprise edition. The Knowledge base doesn't seem go into it in much depth.

Thanks

Additionally, you could try the usual Service Level Monitor of the Inbox element to see the color-coded markers in your inbox for the activities not meeting the SLA timelines.

You won't be using any enterprise plugins in this case.

Hope this helps.

Thanks!

The Enterprise Edition comes with 3 users free (as per http://www.joget.org/downloads-for-v5/) which should let you test it out. If you need more you could also try to request for a trial based on https://dev.joget.org/community/display/KBv5/How+to+Activate+your+Joget+Workflow+Enterprise+License.
