How to use User Role Selector Plugin

Is this plugin is used to mange the role for the user to work on different roles??
How to use the "user role selector" plugin from community (https://github.com/jogetoss/user-role-selector/releases/tag/8.0.1)
- It is showing only in the managing plugin menu
- But it is not working in the ui or not showing any configuring option
Can any one tell the steps to use this plugin
