I have developed a web portal using joget and I want to scan the app source code to check vulnerabilities

Hi, apps built on Joget do not actually have "source code" per se, but rather just XML definitions. If you mean the source code of the Joget platform itself then it is available on GitHub. There is a document on platform security at Security and Compliance.
