allowing general users to login
Before we purchased I made certain to clarify what "user" was and was told it is anyone who has to login in order to work/design in the application not just use it. So I created an app that is for employees to report incidents, the idea was that the person logs in (they have to login in order to document who sent the form in and so if it is rejected the person would know) they fill out the form and submit it and then an email goes out to the supervisor, they login and complete the submission and approve.
When I try and login I get the license error (user not licensed). Am I doing something wrong or are we supposed to buy 1000 licenses one to cover every possible employee even though they are not working in the back end of the application?
