cannot edit user created with custom plugin

Dear experts,
I'm using a plugin to log in externally to Joget. All the new users created by the plugin cannot be edited. When I try to edit in the admin bar - users - setup users, the buttons "edit user", "delete user", "Assign report to" and "Assign Groups" show for a few milliseconds and then they just disappear. So, I can't edit or make anything to my created via plugin users.
