Feature Request: Developer User Type

Hi guys,
I have started to work with other people to co-design and develop processes. The new merging feature in v6 certainly helps! 
However, I would like to be able to set up admin user accounts and only give them editing rights for specific apps (actually they also don't need access to the overall settings, monitoring and user management functions.)
Anyone else interested in this?
