Issue on Subform Repeater when call form grid value

i already try load binder used bean shell or load binder . the both way have same issue when load on form grid
because sometime the button edit or delete is kinda stuck in record id 1 just like red box. but sometime is right like green box. how to fix this issue so didn;t go like red box
