Email Tool's recipient configuration

Hi Guys, 

Need some helps here. 

I have created process with multiple level approval activities. Each of the activity will require a SLA of 1 day with the option to to trigger the email. However, I have some challenge to configure 1 Common Email Tool with different recipient. On my case, the recipient is always the task taker of each of the activity, it seems the the hash variable can't resolve my issue.

Anyone has any hints/tips?

Hi Oz Boo

You can use the participantId of each swimlane, to key into the "To (Participant ID)" field as email recipient.

Remember to map the participant to either the username or workflow variable containing a username (The form updates this variable). 

I encourage you to, if you haven't already (smile), download and try the Simple Leave app from Joget Marketplace. It has a process flow from requester to approver with email tools already configured. You can open up and view all the forms, list, userview and process information in this app (plus many other free apps in Marketplace) and learn from example.
