Hi, you can re-create the users under Setup Users, just assign them the Admin or User role as required.

thank you Anders.. i have created the 'cat' user and 'clark' user. the cat user can login but clark cannot. it says Login restricted, license not activated for this system.

the cat and admin user cannot create new claim in HR expenses claim app. how i want to test my app?

It looks like you do not have enough user licenses. Not sure what you mean when you say cannot create claim, perhaps you can check your permissions to see who is allowed to start a process in https://dev.joget.org/community/display/KBv4/Process+Start+White+List

Hi, it looks like you do not have enough user licenses. You can either delete unneeded users, or purchase more user licenses.
