Email to specific person using email tool

Hi, the system that I built have many user or requestor, how do I email to a specific person using the email tool. For example there are requestor A,B and C. How do I email to requestor A only? Really need this help. Thank you in advance.

Hi, you should be able to use one of the Hash Variables to do it, depending on the actual scenario. Also, instead of an Email tool you might want to consider using the User Notification plugin which might be easier in many cases.

Hi Izzuddin Pauzi The #variable# hash should be in lower case, example: #user.{variable.field_proj}.email#.
