Cannot create PoolableConnectionFactory

Hi,

I am using oracle for joget,

While doing setup database in Joget getting below error.

ERROR: Could not initialize the database, please ensure the database is running and the settings are correct.Show Details

Cannot create PoolableConnectionFactory (Listener refused the connection with the following error: ORA-12505, TNS:listener does not currently know of SID given in connect descriptor )
