Kindly assist based on the following guidelines:

Guide To Reporting Issues

  • Do provide more information for our CSI, for example:
  • Describe the steps needed to reproduce the issue.
  • Complete error messages (including any possible JavaScript errors in 12 dev console) in the browser.
  • Copy of the relevant log files (pls zipped it) which are stored in the apache-tomcat/logs directory. In particular, the files joget.log, catalina.out, and localhost.yyyy-MM-dd.log capture information and errors that are generated.
  • Screenshots illustrating the problem or error. 
  • Important: Attached a sample app that produces the same issue. It can be a subset of your bigger application (to ensure privacy), for example; just provide the form that is giving the error, one datalist and one userview, all related and interlinked. Sometimes you may find that after building this small app to mirror the error, the error has disappeared, everything is working fine. If this happens, return to yr large app, clone it (make a new separate test copy) and eliminate one by one the forms or list or userview to find the 'culprit' element.
