Form Grid Calculation challenge

Form Grid Related.
I have below form grid table.

First, user will key in the Tax Payable (A), then Tax Installment (B).
After they have key in both info above, how can system automatically calculate the value and then update the form grid table, set the Balance of Tax Payable to the result of (A) - (B) which is 100.00 - 78.00 = 22.00?
