Why the submitted Expense claim do not appear in the approver inbox?

Hi,

For the HR Expense claim app, when I submit a new claim, the claim doesn't appear in the approver inbox. Where do I need to look at? In the datalist or the process?

Hi, you can check who is assigned the task by checking the Running Activity Instance. Also, verify your participant mapping for the approver Map Participants to Users to make sure that it is mapped correctly based on your need.
