Mobile userview disabled

Hello, we have been working on some test designs in the enterprise version. However, in some of the migrations and various copies, the mobile version of the usersview style seems to have been disabled. We already examined the settings of the style but everything seems to be good in terms of the mobile version, however access from smartphones and tablets shows the normal style, not optimized for the devices. Has this happened to someone?
