Create group using form instead of Joget Administrator

Dear Expert,
I have a scenario where my users wants to create their own group and assign users to the newly created group.
For this, we cant allow them to use the joget administrator to create the group.
I would like to know if there is any app which shows on 'Group' creation from frontend(using form builder) instead of using the Joget Administrator?
