We’re facing a significant issue with task assignment in our system. When a task is assigned to a group of users, there doesn’t seem to be a way to ensure that only one user at a time can modify the task. 

Here’s an example scenario:

• A task is assigned to a group with 5 users.
• The task appears in the inbox of all 5 users, allowing anyone to take it up.

The problem arises because multiple users in the group might unknowingly take up and work on the same task simultaneously, leading to conflicts and confusion.

Ideally, the system should:

1. Lock the task for other users as soon as one user opened the task, preventing simultaneous access.
2. Alternatively, remove the task from the inbox of other users once it has been opened up by someone.

 Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated to resolve this issue.
