Hi Christopher,
in the Process Builder, you can map the "Process Start White List" by clicking the green circle Start component
and select "Everyone (including Anonymous)".
if your process includes a form submission, don't forget to authorize the permission of the form in the Form Builder Settings to "Is Anonymous".
