How exactly? Assume there are multiple people raising requests. I have all the managers in a group and have the next process linked to the manager group. How do i make sure my request goes to my manager and someone else's request goes to his/her manager and so on. I have used the 'report to' option. So the process is flowing to the right person, but i am not sure what to give in the 'To' section for mail.
