process activity id

hi everyone,

i wanna get process's current pending activity's id (from data base table or something) while i have form's id and process's id.

All i wanna do is to complete a activity and move process to next activity with a plugin (webService plugin) using this method of json API JSON API#web/json/workflow/assignment/complete/(*:activityId)..

any directions?
