2 HOD in one department

Hello Good day!

Is it possible to have 2 HOD in one department?Below are the scenario I have done so far

I tried to create an account for an assistant manager set as HOD, however I noticed that the original manager is no longer the manager in the department if I add another manager on the same department.
My purpose is, if in case that the Sr. Manager is on DayOff or Leave, the asst. manager would be in charge with any approval needed notifying the Sr. Manager that the assistant manager already approved the notification.

Hoping someone could assists.

Hi,

Since current version is able to set only 1 HOD, so you can apply workflow like 2 participants (Sr. Manager, Asst Manager) then allow both of them to approve (create same activity to both participant then join them to 1 route). When there is notification, you should notify both level together.
