No. You can’t just take a .kpsx file from K2/Nintex and drop it into Joget as the two platforms don’t speak the same language. K2 packages use their own XML format around SmartObjects, actions, and SharePoint forms, while Joget runs on XPDL and has its own way of handling forms, data, and userviews. There’s no official converter and nothing in the community that will do a one-click migration either.
What you can do is treat the .kpsx as documentation. If you unzip it, you’ll see XML that lays out the workflow steps, transitions, and assignments. That gives you a reference so you’re not starting completely blind when rebuilding in Joget. In theory, you could try writing a parser to spit out XPDL, but you’d still have to manually rebuild forms, plugins, and integrations since they don’t map one-to-one.
So you’ll need to redevelop in Joget, it's just that you can speed things up by reusing the same data sources/APIs, and by using the old K2 workflow logic as a blueprint when setting up your Joget process.
