Plugin uploaded but not showing in plugin manager

Hi
I have custom theme plugin and i tried update by uninstall old and uploaded new one. But upload is done but the page remains same without any response. i close the window and check manage plugin but its not showing in list.
In Wflow - app_plugins i can see the plugin uploaded. I tried even reload button in manage plugin
Even error log not present.
please help me out. Now my production server is without theme
