Hi,

I am new to this workflow application.

The user license referring to developer or of any end user that access / use the application?

For example : if i were creating something like google form ( but more complicated) / survey..all my users will

                      be unknown public. 

                     Questions

                     1. the public/end user need to sign up in order to access the app online?

                     2. Can i link to the external databases in order to query the data?

Hey there,

The license refers to the number of user accounts available to log into their Joget Workflow account.

To answer your questions, public users without Joget account (Anonymous) does not count as a Joget user, hence does not require a Joget account to log in and use your Joget forms. You can query external datasources to retrieve (for example) all user's email to send your survey form to. It depends on your use case if your users are one-time anonymous users or company staff of sorts.
