Unable to login Joget

After windows update, I am unable to login joget application and getting the below shown message. Kindly advice.

Even after restarting, we are are facing the same issue.

It seems that the database got corrupted during restart. Can anyone let me know how to retrieve the same.

What BD are you running on?
Can you check the LOG? (you find it in joget \ apache-tomcat ... \ Logs \ catalina.log)
This error, in postgres, usually happened because we had made some erroneous changes in the list of IP's for which the DB accepts connections or because the user that you have registered in Joget to access the BD does not have the privileges, or those privileges changed in the BD.
