How do I import an app that is not a 'jwa' file?

I downloaded an app from the link below.

But it is not a 'jwa' file.
Is there a guide to import something that is not a 'jwa' file?

Just import the app into Joget like any normal jwa file. Its the same thing.

I downloaded this link. https://dev.joget.org/community/download/attachments/26118043/APP_multiApproval.zip?version=1&modificationDate=1402888748000&api=v2 It contains two files below. 1. appDefinition.xml 2. package.xpdl Where can I import it?

Just import the zip or jwa file itself.

oh.. Because I use the MacBook, compression is automatically released when I download it. I can upload it. but, I got error message. Error! Please check your selected file and try it again. Failed to create form data table multiApproval_applications : Only maximum 20 alpha-numeric and underscore characters allowed. how can I fix that?
