Hi, did you try to check your participant mapping according to Map Participants to Users? You can also check who the tasks have been assigned to in Running Process Instance

Thank You so much. it worked. what i need to do was to add the Run Process in the user view. i was instead adding the form

Another thing am facing now is that i have to submit my form twice.

When i submit the first time, it just goes to my inbox as a draft and i have to submit again in-order to go to the next assignment. 

And also how can i be able to save the submitted form incase a user wanted to view them again

Check the "Show the Next Assignment When Completed" option in your form activity mapping. To view existing forms, one way is to set up a CRUD page that reads from the form. The default sample apps or those in the marketplace should have examples of how this is done.
