Re-Evaluate to Run to the next activity ¡¡

Hi ¡ i´need support with an interesting issue.

I've have process that don't assing byself to the next user or participant , i must use the option Re-evaluate to grant that the activity assing a Pending or participant that going to do an action.

Bellow is the workflow.

I did check the map of participants and is correctly configured.

Anyelse know what can i do to fix this problem?

Is the yellow box in your graph a subflow? Without the sample app, I'm not sure how to drill down and understand your app to replicate and propose a solution.

Hi Walte, this is an activity in the process, and is in Yellow because when i monitoring it is waiting for the answer of the participant, in other hand let me tell you that i did run the app in a on-premise installation and work perfectly instead in this case i´m running it on cloud version.
