Email Tool

Hello

When I need to map tools to plugins, I am using the email tool. But, I have a small problem; let's say I have a company with 100 employees, and maybe 90 of them need to send requests, I should add all 90 emails of the employees in the configuration of the email tool or is there an easier way?

Hi, when sending emails to groups I would think it is better to use a mailing list or group email instead of individual emails. This is not only better for privacy but also makes it easier to manage when users need to be added or removed from an email list.

Hi,

Create a group for those users that you want to send email and put the groupID in the emailTool. You can always develop your own plugin to cater to custom requirement.
