• Is the Professional Edition allow us to store and extract supporting document that is already approved, for example in the Free version, all we can do is create a Listing to show the list of approved PR. Is the Pro version allows us to view back the approved PR like a database.

Actually it is achievable on Community Edition (CE). But more work required to link lists to forms. Whereas, with Professional Edition (PE) and Enterprise Edition (EE), you can just use CRUD element to achieve what you need.

• So we had create the process flow on the Community Version, is there a way to replicate the process flow to the Pro Version?

Processes in CE are compatible in PE and EE.

• In the Pro Version the minimum purchase is 25 pax and there are 3 Free Users perpetually mentioned. Is 3 free user is included in the 25 pax or it is excluded, also is the 3 Free Users license will be expired?

Typically, the 3 free users license is meant for development, testing or staging use. If you need more users for production use, you will need to purchase a minimum of 25 users. And purchasing the 25 users license will not be 25+3 users, it will just be 25 users. 

• In the Pro Version, if we purchased 25 pax package, if we want to add on 5 new users, do we have to repurchase the minimum package which is 25 or we are able to purchase 5 new users?

If you upgrade from 25 users to 30 users, you just need to pay the difference of the 5 users.
