Designer problem - fetching wrong process!

Hi all,
i'm new to Joget. I'm an expert in BPMN. I've used Intalio, RunMyProcess and played with a few others. I'm looking for a platform to help not for profits and SMEs in Ballarat, Australia. Possibly for an entrepreneurial project also. Just want to check ease of use, functionality, partnering & pricing so I can see the path forward.
So I fried up the account instance in Chrome (on Ubuntu) and looked at a few of the samples. One didn't work. I tried another and got the diagram for the first one. Has anyone else experienced these kind of problems?
