You can adjust your max_allowed_packet size according to your needs, see https://dev.mysql.com/doc/refman/8.0/en/packet-too-large.html
Can you give detail which file should i edit the size. Im already change the joget-start.bat file from 512 to 1024. Still nothing changed. Btw, i currently use Joget v4 Enterprise.
