DateTime Locale Example For ms_MY

hi, im trying to change 12 December 2019 to 12 Disember 2019 (MY Date Format), i know we can do in Java but how to do it in Joget directly  ? if i change it in setting, all UI will use ms_MY. I just want the datetime part only to be displayed in Malay Date Format.
