How to upgrade from domain.cloud.joget.com v6 to v7 on demand for GAPPS

Hello

We already have a trial account of

https://flexowarecom.cloud.joget.com/jw/web/userview/appcenter/v/_/home

on v6

We want to upgrade to the joge ondemandv7 DX and be able to launch it from the GSUITE google applications pallet for all our users in our @flexoware.com domain?

When we try to register for the new v7 version, it says validation error due to the flexowarecom domain already exists

How can we delete our existing account?

Hi there, instructions have been sent to your email.

For the benefit of the Joget community the reasons are as follow:

1. If you have already sign-up for a trial account earlier with an "account name", that "account name" cannot be reused again when you sign up for a new trial account.

2. This applies to any account sign-ups from Gsuite Marketplace as well.

3. To fix the problem, the old "account name" needs to be expired or archived, only after that can the same "account name" be used again.
