BeanShell Validator

Introduction

The BeanShell Validator allows you to write custom Java code to validate the Form Element.

To add this validator, go to the element's properties under Advanced Options > Data and choose BeanShell Validator in the Validator field.

When adding a BeanShell, you will see the following fields available for configuration:

• Script: Write Java code for validation. See the BeanShell Programming Guide for code example for code examples.
  Injected variables available for consumption are:
  • element
  • values
  • formData

• Decoration: HTML code to indicate that the plugin is in effect.
